I use my own pre-saved message templates a lot. I’ll click on the template to get the basic message up, then go into the message text and edit parts to make it specific to that customer.
For the last 1-2 weeks, if I’m writing a message from the ‘messages’ page (as opposed to the pop out side panel in an order), click into existing text (a template, or just parts of the message I’ve already written) and start typing, the cursor keeps repeatedly jumping to the end of the message making it impossible to type!
It’s so frustrating and makes the ‘template’ function completely redundant as I’m having to type many messages from scratch to avoid the issue, or having to type all the text I want to add at the end of the message, then cut and paste it higher up! 🤦🏼
I can see an old thread from June where this happened and Etsy supposedly fixed it, but nothing recent.
Please tell me Etsy is fixing this!
