Hello! I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this.
I’ve received an influx of messages from my buyers stating when something it going to ship/arrive and them explaining to me that the order doesn’t state that it has been shipped and they never received a dispatch email!
for context, I use Canadian standard letter mail, my processing time is 1 week, I usually pack orders once a week then drop all the letters off at my post office and manually mark my packages as complete.
does this have something to do with me marking packages manually? Is there anyway to ship with letter mail through Etsy? Because any time I’ve used the postage label creator it always shows larger parcels!
please give me some insight or your experience with this and what you’ve done !

I'm having the same issue right now; my customers are not getting dispatch emails and their order status doesn't update to 'shipped' on their own Etsy profile.
I've been selling for a few years and this is a new problem for me, one that is terribly bad for business.
I order my Royal Mail (UK) postages labels directly from Etsy, though.
@MeduusatStudio are you marking the orders as completed? (as far as I know this is a manual process even if you use Etsy labels)
I've never had to mark an order as complete manually before; it does it when I buy the label.
It does look like it was just a glitch in the system, though. I haven't had any dispatch questions from my customers this past week.
