Any Canadian sellers deal in U.S. or Canadian currency? Which is more favorable?

I'm a Canadian seller and I deal in U.S. currency since 95% of my sales are to U.S. customers! I've been doing this since I started on Etsy in 2008.
I am in Canada and my listings are in Canadian dollars. I do this because you lose a vey small percentage when converted to your payment account.
Could you give a break down on what a sale in Canadian funds would be for example $ 30.00.

The conversion fee is 2.5%, so for a $30.00 sale that would be .75cents. I also am Canadian and list in US because over
90% of my customers are from the US.
I list in CAD (I've done both) because I'm not great in math and it's easier for me to do taxes.
Canadian shop. A decade ago, I started using USD, but soon switched to CAD when I learned that Etsy charges a 2.5% conversion fee to send funds to my Canadian bank.
Easier to do taxes, easier to do shipping labels (they autofil in CAD now instead of USD which meant I had to convert the prices for customs label).
Most of my sales are to USA, so I don't think it matters to my buyers. They can see prices in USD anyway.
I list in CDN since I'm in Canada and do my taxes and operations in Canadian funds. Over the years, I've had some customers think I sell in USD, assuming they didn't set their currency properly, and accused me of using USD as a cash grab when I'm Canadian, buying supplies in Canadian funds and then trying to make a profit on Canadian buyers by using USD. I'm not interested in being viewed as operating that way. I am about a 50/50 split for US and Canadian buyers.
Tricky answer yes? I sell in usd but maybe I should switch. This is what I'm pondering...
Assuming we're not adjusting our Canadian prices daily to meet the amount the conversion changes - what do we lose if the currency fluctuates from 1.35 to 1.4 over the year? In 2014 to 2015 the rate went from as low as 1.12 to as high as 1.45. Of course it's not that volatile now but even small fluctuations add up and it feels like we're in for some volatility soon - but maybe? in the other direction? Who knows?
@ArtWynnStudio I am in Canada. I keep my prices as low as possible but always sell in U.S. funds. It's still more money. This makes my prices higher in Canada but most of my sales are to the U.S. anyway, so I'm ahead. I also still get Canadian buyers at the higher price. In 17 years, it has never been questioned. $30.00 U.S. is $41.93 cdn. right now. As @LakefrontWoods mentioned, etsy only charges .75 to convert $30.00 so it's still $11.18 more.
Hello, do you mind me asking if you get paid in CDN$ or US$? Most of our sales are in the States but we've always been paid in CDN$ and I'm wondering if it's worth getting it in US$. Thank you
