'Creativity Standards' listing removals

I have now received two of these emails, stating that I violated the policy, my listings were removed, and if I keep it up, my account will be suspended.

I have been making my products for 5 years +, handmade, in my basement... Nothing with the business or the listings has changed - its clearly incorrect.

What is so frustrating about this is that they don't even tell you specifically why the threatening email was sent and the actions were taken - they just give you a link to ToS.

I opened a ticket, which I am not super hopeful about...

Any advice on how to approach this?

The reason is your images were stolen and available on Temu & Aliexpress so Etsy thinks you are reselling THEIR items.

So as I am now seeing my products on Temu, I see no clear way to:

- notify the seller to remove them

- report infringement, since they are not a copyright, trademark, or patent.

Any suggestion on how to proceed?

if they are stealing your images.

your images are automatically copyright protected.

I just filled this out. Fingers crossed... thank you.

But the other major problem is that Etsy has already made the mistake of removing my listings incorrectly.

Is there any way to get the listings up again?

let etsy know that you have filled out the legal paperwork to have your images removed from temu.

in your appeal to have your items re-instated.

make sure you sign into the help center { upper corner on the right hand side}
