Creating a listing issue

Is anyone still having issues with trying to create listings, with the core details section in particular?  I have contacted the Help Center multiple times but they just tell me to update or reinstall the app (but i don't use the app for listing. I just go through the website).  They've also suggested updating or changing my web browser, which I've done.  Seems they just want me to think the problem is on my end, which it's obviously not since so many other people are having the same issue.

I always use the duplicate feature and then edit the new version with no problem.

@ThePeddlersPocket  They are giving you template responses. It happened to me a while back but either Etsy fixed it or it fixed itself rather quickly.

No it hasn't fixed itself or fixed. It is still frozen core details and not browser issue. My listing is seriously down this week using desk top but that too is problematic. Drops everything taken ages to list 2 tonight. I have used Etsy chat twice. But it is not fixed this end . It would appear we all being told different.

Still not fixed. I sell vintage so I'm having to scroll through previous listings to get the right decade for core details, lol. 

I wonder if this is having an effect on sales?? 

And I dread to think what they're changing/meddling/tinkering with, for this to have happened again!! (Last time was august 24, after the 'new and improved' listing form)....

This not site wide.  I made a brand new listing today as well as one I copied but changed the year in the core details.

Has the listing feature fixed for anyone on the core stuff because im having trouble uploading too so im wondering if its just me at this point ool

Invisible ink crafts it's still not working here over week now..And sales stopped on 20th roundabout same time here. Has small sale today but no . Etsy are trying to fix it though. Just have to wait .

I just came here to report the same thing.  

I can not create a listing on my iPad due to the darn core details bubble.  It is stuck on the page and wont scroll and entering continue will do nothing.  I try to zoom in and the page freezes.

I just used the Etsy seller app and was able to successfully upload a new listing!

Try doing that. The Etsy site isn’t working for me still. But with the app it ended up being just fine!

Won’t work on my iPhone in safari either!

the site needs to properly operate no matter what platform we decide to use.  
I prefer safari on my iPad for a larger screen than the app.

Me too. On both my app and laptop. And because I can’t fill “core details”, I am unable to save listings as a draft. 

I have asked for help. My app n page are recent. Waiting for response. 

Has anyone resolved this?
