Just a heads up if you create a custom order in messaging. I just did, and it created a link to the admin side of my listings. My buyer was unable to get to the listing to purchase it until I manually sent them the link. Another inefficient extra step for the seller to generate a custom listing. Not only are the changes earlier in the year on this custom order through messaging a disaster, but now it has created the wrong link unknowingly to me, until my buyer told me it didn't work. Embarassing, ETSY!
I had to go through the run around with chat, about 30 minutes easy, just to get it known I wanted support to contact me back. We will see. But, check your links, or just go through the admin listing side to create your custom listings. That too, is unprofessional looking with spare odd listings hanging around your shop for the public to see, until your buyer places that order. Absolutely disgusted.
