Create Private Note missing from new Seller App

I can't find where to create a Private Note for an order in the new Etsy Seller App. I could create it in the old app. So when I created it in the old app I am able to see it and edit it in the new app. Am I missing something or is creating in the new app just not there?

I couldn't find it either.

I recommend to send feedback to Etsy. There should be a black feedback button in the right corner under Home.

I'm having the same issue.  I fulfill all my orders using my iPad and the app so I don't waste paper printing orders.  Many of my items are personalized and I add any personalization, changes, or other info I might need to complete the order in the private notes sections, which I cannot see on the new app but were there on the old one!  The old one doesn't work anymore so this is super frustrating and costing me time.
