Core Details Error

I am in the process of adding extra pictures to all my listings. A lot of listings will let me make changes, but then I run into this Core Details problem for some listings where I can’t save any changes.

Core details error message that says "This section is incomplete. Fix errors before publishing” . When I click on ‘change’ to see the options, I can’t click on any buttons or change any selection.

Other error message I get when I click on publish is “please fix the following error in order to save changes’. Of course I can’t change anything or fix anything, so I have to discard all the changes I did on the listing.

This has happened on Chrome and Safari. I am on a Mac 15.0. I haven’t tried making changes using Windows yet.

I don’t see an option to attach a screenshot using my phone.

Same problem with a few of my older listings. I can't seem to get it to publish.

Change the listing from a physical to a digital one.

Then back out and change it all back.

That might kick it out of it's weird logic loop.

Have you tried?

• clearing your cache (history, cookies, etc)
• ensure everything is updated to newest version (browser, apps, all programs, etc
• copying the listing into a new listing and make edits and publish

If you are using an ad blocker extension on your browser - turn it off.  Same for a VPN.
