Core Detail page for New Listings

It would be wonderful if we had an answer as to whether this issue has been brought to the attention of the correct department so we can hope to have it remedied soon!  Does anyone know or had any communication with the Etsy Support?

Yes I think another seller mentioned they recently spoke with Etsy via phone and was told the issue would be escalated ... not sure if it ever was though.  In the meantime, I have found workarounds for the issue and have been able to successfully list items.  Hopefully you will also be able to do so soon.  Best of luck!

you must be new here.  they don't fix anything until they feel like it.  and if an etsy seller spoke to "Support" on the phone i would like to know how. i've been experiencing a LOT of glitches in the last week and talked to 3 or 4 "people" via chat just now.  no help.  they don't kn ow what they are doing.   i think they've handed it over to AI

Yes this needs fixing ASAP please! Many of us cant list anything.

@TheScoutGirls  I believe a Seller in another Thread about this, said Chat told them it is a glitch, and would be escalated to a Team. I hate to say it though, Chat is outsourced and is not Etsy employees. And I sort of wondered if they made that comment so as to end the Chat. I could be wrong. But something obviously is going on with Core Details, and it's ridiculous to have it linger this long.

The only workaround I can think of is to Copy an existing listing, and of course make your edits. But I've seen some Sellers say that doesn't work for them. It's ridiculous.
