Contact Etsy Support Message

I recently bought a bunch of new fabrics for Halloween!  So today, I decided it would be a great day to list them.  

Got it all organized, measured and start listing.   Half way thru Etsy starts giving me a message each time I try to save my listings.  "Sorry we are having trouble saving your listings.  If this continues contact Etsy support".   Great!  Except that when I contact Etsy support (you know, that cutesy little button at the Bottom of the screen),  there is NO technical support, there's finance, there's shipping, star seller blah blah blah but no Technical support.  It's not my computer, I've restarted numerous times.....

Is anyone else having problems with saving listings etc today (8/2/2023) or is just my lucky day? 

I really hate it when I have this "driven urge" to make something happen and then something like happens.

@KarmelleHome if you are using the new listing form on a computer, use the old one.  If you are using the newish blue app on mobile, use the browser/desktop site.

Shop Manager > Community & Help > Contact us

I switched back to old listing version and no problems at all.  Thanks PillowDetails.
