Constantly listed on vacation

Hello, I am new to Etsy and I am starting a shop. I have been listed as on vacation for over a week and don't know why. I have tried to contact customer service and no use. Can anyone give me a reason  how I can get out of being on vacation?

Etsy do this when they need to verify your account or ID. Check your emails (including junk mail folder).

Have you had a lot of orders recently that took you longer to fulfill than what your processing time states? Etsy sometimes puts a shop on vacation if they are slow to fulfill orders.

I have not gotten that far just set up shop no orders. The vacation issue is keeping me from selling
