I have not received a response from esty support for 3 days. What I wrote may not be delivered. What could be the reason for this?

Etsy works on its own time frame not anyone else's. Likely they are just very busy right now. I see you are a Star seller-- contact them thru the chat box on your dashboard. if you think you are talking to a computer-- you can generally tell-- keep saying you want to speak to a real Human person.

In my experience, 3 days is not very long in etsy support land time. You may need to adjust your expectations and just try to be patient. It usually takes much longer than just 3 short days. Example- My most recent support issue took 5 WEEKS for the initial reply and then another 2 weeks for resolution. So nearly 2 months. Try to be patient.
Chat Support is not working today for me anyway. Not sure about everyone else.
