Constantly getting error that my shipping prices are over $6usd when they are not

This has been happening for 3 weeks now.  Every few days I get an error in my shop that my US shipping prices are over $6usd and therefore hurting my placement in search.  This first came up on April 15th. My shipping costs were $5.76usd on ALL of my items, but the error indicated all my listings were above this.

I reduced my shipping costs by 5c to try to remove the error and it worked and sales picked up a little bit.  A few days later, error again and sales completed halted.  I reported it to Etsy and they confirmed it was an issue on their side and they would resolve it.  

It's still happening every few days.  Shipping costs are still under $6usd and the error keeps coming back. I reduce my prices by 1c and it goes away and then comes back a few days later.

My sales have completed halted over the past three weeks since this occured (i was doing 3-4 sales a day which is normal for my shop this time of year - Wedding season). My search states are down 70% over last year since this began.

I've spoken with Etsy 5 times and all agree it's on their end and all have 'escalated' the issue.

Is anyone else having this issue?

@BlairNadeauBridal  I looked at 4 of your listings. On all of them, the shipping cost is $6.05 USD. So, yes they are above $6.

Thats really strange because on my end they are showing as $5.80usd.

Use calculated shipping.  Easy to set up for your small items.

Yes, we can, but I use a freight forwarding company that ships via USPS and Etsy isn't integrated with their systems.

You are located in Canada but some of your items ship from New York - do you have a production partner? The items that ship from NY show $5.86 for shipping - the ones shipping from Canada are $6.05 shipping.

When I look at your listings I see $5.86 USD. 

Either use calculated shipping or just accept that currency fluctuations will mean the price might be over $6 USD at times and you might get this message. Currencies might be changing more than they used to since the US is in chaos.

so i lowered it to $7.75cad and it's now $5.86usd however, on my end, the tool shows that the exchange rate is $5.46usd.  So I think what the issue is, is that the exchange rate they are showing me on the tool, is not matching up to the exchange rate that they are showing to customers.  This still seems like a bug on their end then if this is the issue because what they are telling me the lowered cost is, is not actually the cost on the customers end. 

i'll see if this changes things or if the error comes back in a day
