Constant inaccurate smooth shipping stars

I accidentally posted this using my other account. This issue applies to this account.

My stats for smooth shipping are constantly wrong. I ship everything out same or next day and ALWAYS include tracking. Yet, my star seller stats are  saying I only have a score of 85%. It ended up costing me my star seller status for February, which stinks because I work pretty hard to get it. 

I really hope etsy can fix this soon

I’m not. I’m using pirate ship. But this issue has only started happening within the last few months. Usually it resolves itself within a few days, but now my rating is just getting lower and lower every day.

Nasseramics is correct.  This is an ongoing for MONTHS now.  I have brought it to the attention of the help team, but to no avail as far as Etsy fixing the issue.  Once tracking has been added to an order, ETSY reporting should NOT indicate 'missing tracking' on those orders.  AND yes, it could jeopardize the Star Seller status depending on the timing of the orders.  Please work on fixing this issue.
