Cannot close my shop

Hello,, I keep trying to close my shop which is proving to be impossible!!!!! I tried two weeks ago after paying my bill, waited as aware that it could take a few days…… I then checked and was still open and had to pay 20p before trying to close it again and it still isnt closed……

Has anyone had or is having the same problem??

You still have active listings.

I would delete all listings first, and that way they can't auto renew and rack up fees.

Then try closing again.
