Connecting to Facebook

I've been trying endlessly to connect to my Facebook account in the 'Account Settings' section on Etsy but to no avail! I was able to successfully connect to G+ which only took seconds. I don't understand why it's not connecting to Facebook, is there some sort of a glitch or is this option no longer available? I really want to get this sorted asap as I want to showcase my products on both Facebook and Instagram.

I'm also unable to connect to Facebook on my account settings.  When I click to fill in the Facebook field, it just keeps on turning forever.  Any help with this?

I keep trying to connect and Etsy does not recognize my FB business page, only my personal FB account. What gives?!

I have had the same problem.  My solution was to copy and paste the url of the product from Etsy as post on FB. 

From what I could see it looks like there is some kind of business setting on facebook (meta) that has to be set up.

Exact same problem. After clicking on Facebook in the Social area, it just spins forever. It has been this was for a month now. TheShibaInU.etsy.com

I have asked for 2 months and had a support ticket and emails suggesting what to do. Try to explain it worked fine before so it's not my system and something must have changed. They reply the same thing again. I have other issues back to Dec unresolved and am in the process of writing by snail mail as I'm so sick of all the issues and feel this place is the worst I've ever seen in 3.5 years with unresolved issues. Likely they could care less but I'm so annoyed and have near 800 listings, would like to add more but the way it's going with them shutting a shop down or reserves on long time sellers and I could go on. The sales are slow for some reason and its for many! Maybe I'll be sorry but I'm at the point I don't care.

Hi all, any update on this? When I try to connect to Facebook the page loads but only my personal Facebook is shown as an option. I want to connect to my business page obviously. Looks like a lot of people are experiencing problems so I didn't want this thread to die!

I had my business page from facebook connected to ETsy forever, but now it is un linked, and I cannot get the changes to save, and can't post to my business page either.

I can't get it to connect to Pinterest or Twitter.   They used to work just fine for years.

Maybe not an ideal situation but can you post to Facebook from inside a listing (instead of using social).  I know that is how I do it.

I am having the same issue and I am here to help the thread from dying.
Whenever I connect to my FB, it gives me the option for my business profile but then connects to my personal profile.

I have wasted SO much time on this trying to connect my Etsy shop to Facebook, when it was fine before! I think it's probably Facebook stopping this from happening so people on Facebook don't leave their platform. When I searched the internet for help it shows how to go to FB security and where to find the "turn ON button" allowing Apps to connect. I click it ON, go back to Etsy to share on Facebook, it pops up again "I've opted out" when I haven't!! I then go back to FB security and it's turned back off!!!! There is no "save" button so I don't know why it's not keeping it saved to connect. Of course there is no phone number to call Facebook for any help. So frustrating!!
