Confirming Seller Info Gov ID glitch

wondering if anyone else is experiencing this, i spoke with chat and they said it's a technical error that they will notify the engineering team of.. However I have had a technical issue on my dashboard for a year now that's never been solved so i'm a little worried my shop will be forced into holiday mode.

Basically, when updating the seller info it says I need to upload Gov ID, however when i click on the link to go do so it says my ID is already uploaded and verified..

Curious if anyone else experienced this or not?

I have same problem and can not upload any new ID, customer service is no help

Hey guys - we ran into this earlier as well.

I'm leaving this comment here in case someone else runs into this in the future, and checks this thread.

If you've tried everything else (refreshing the browser, clearing your cache, filling out your info again, and contacting support) and are still blocked. There's a way to override the technical glitch on Etsy's side if you're using Google Chrome.

I have not experienced this but they keep asking me for my ID, which I provide my Driver's License.  They take 2-5 days to reset and ask for it AGAIN!  I have not done this several times, it is the busiest season of the year and they have me on Vacation mode until they verify it.  Honestly, they are morons... it is MY ONLY DRIVER"S LICENSE!!!! I cannot sent them another one!  They are single-handedly destroying my business, for what... for fun?   What the hell is wrong with ETSY!!!
