Going on week 2 trying to get our seller info confirmed to conform with new regulations. We are an LLC with an EIN, which seems to have introduced a new level of difficulty into this process. Our experience has been exactly the same as previously described by FinePhotoGraphics in another post, who expressed it eloquently.
I've uploaded driver's license and passport for person ID, and received email saying that my name has been verified and we can now receive our shop fund. However, there is STILL a bright red warning on our dashboard and we change the involuntary Vacation Mode we've been placed on. When I click "continue" on the dashboard warning, it says I must upload a government-issued personal ID - but that's what has already been verified!
If Etsy requires some documentation of our business name or EIN, there is no place to upload it. Live chat has been unhelpful and I'm at wits end. Can someone please advise?

I had forgotten about this option! We'll see if it works.
