Conclusione ordine file digitale

e' ormai dal 7 luglio che aspetto che Etsy risolva il problema con la conclusione dell'ordine di file digitali. Quando vado a concludere l'ordine, mi chiede di compilare dei campi per la creazione dell'etichetta di spedizione Etsy. Ma non solo non mi fa andare avanti ma nel mio caso essendo un file digitale non necessita di spedizione fisica. Per ora su consiglio di un assistente esty ho risolto inviando i file in email, ma non hanno ancora risolto. Qualcuno nella mia stessa situazione? Grazie a chi mi risponderà!

Hello and thanks for the reply. Yes, I've always done the same for digital files, but suddenly, it was asking me for data to create an Etsy shipping label, as if it were a physical item.
however it seems resolved, in fact I was able to proceed as usual with the subsequent orders. Thank you
