Completed Orders Not Showing Under Completed Orders Tab

After printing labels, some orders are not showing in the completed orders tab and others are appearing twice.  For example, I printed 26 labels.  Under the completed orders tab 3 orders do not show at all and 3 show twice.  When I search for the missing order by the customers name I can find it so it didn't completely disappear from my records.  This is making it difficult to create scan forms because I have to search and add the missing orders individually.  Having the issue on iMac, iPhone and pc on both safari and chrome browsers.  

I've been having this problem for over a year.  I posted about it last year but posting again in case someone else is having the problem.  Etsy has been unable to help me.

I was just on chat with etsy about this same issue.  I am also on a iMac  and pc with safari and chrome browser.  This is the first time this has happened that I am aware of.  I only noticed because I had to look up an order that was shipped yesterday and I could not find it anywhere.  I had to go in to my payment account to find the order number and search it that way.  It did come up that way but still was not showing in completed orders.  Technical support is supposed to email me.
