I am a new Etsy shop, 6 weeks ago I opened and since then I've not been able to respond to any messages from customers. I have reported this to Etsy Support 6 weeks ago and have been requesting a call-back every week since. I've just spoken to them again, they confirm my support ticket for this is still open and they will escalate it again, I look forward to requesting another call-back next week to chase again! My question is, where do we go to complain and try get an issue resolved when you're getting nowhere with Support? It's v frustrating as I'm getting people contacting me with questions about my items and I can't reply. So I could be losing a sale, and it makes my stats look bad that I don't bother replying to messages.
If they are really your customers, then you can send them an email.
