Hi everyone, I received an order for a pair of shoes from Etsy which I mailed out to buyer yesterday and messaged her to provide the tracking number. Today I received this Note for buyer: I have not ordered anything from you l do not wear the size stated l have been confused with someone else.
Has anyone experienced this issue?
