All my items have disappeared

Hi to all Etsieriens(sorry terrible attempt at humour!!)

I've just had a look at my shop and all my items have disappeared...

I am new here so please be gentle  with me!..I am aware that it's not just me but what is my best plan of action..do I ask Etsy for help(doesn't seem a lot of help is forthcoming) or sit and wait or cry in a corner of a dark room!?

Any advice is welcome.....

I'm not seeing anything about your engraved mirrors that would cause Etsy to remove them.  However, your shop has no payment options. Are your banking and credit card details up to date?

After your first sale, did Etsy ask you to provide ID or some other kind of information and perhaps that message was overlooked?
