Hi,
I know some people had issues with Click and Drop integrations on Friday (30th September) ours was working fine then, but today it was not.
We were told to delete it and make a new integration but when we try we keep getting the same error page on Etsy 'Unauthorised URL'
Did anyone else have this issue? If so please help, both Etsy and Royal Mail are just blaming each other.

Tried chatting with etsy customer service but they had no idea too, he said they'll report to the technical team...
Etsy developer team messaged to say the issue that started on 30th september is fixed. I messaged back saying that my issue is not fixed and, again, explained what has happened. If this isnt resolved before the weekend I wont be getting any sleep
I had spoken to Etsy on Monday and they said they'd report it to the tech team - that obviously didn't happen if they've said today they didn't know. Very frustrating and is going to make Christmas a nightmare!

Did they mention if it was them or Etsy? Nothing on the Click and drop status page from Royal Mail that makes it seem that they are aware of the issue
when you do collect and drop do you put them in the large postal box? I posted 30 plus parcels on Monday and nothing has been scanned, I am so worried if they are lost. Usually the collection one never had any issue but I am worried about the postal box. Currently trying to manually do 50 plus labels on Evri.
C&D update.
We have spoken to our Royal Mail account manager and he has made internal enquires. C&D have escalated the problem due to multiple users having the same issue but they still don't know if the problem is with them or Etsy which is why their status page is showing as fully operational.
They have no idea when it will be fixed.
Everyone needs to tweet @click_and_drop as this gets them acting on it. Their last tweet claimed the issue was resolved on 30th September
Click and Drop have finally acknowledged an issue this morning 5 days after we reported it.
UPDATE - we have managed to integrate with Etsy and Click and Drop BUT all the shipping is not coming through so all of the orders are going into NEW, not ideal but better then uploading them all.
How did you fix?

Still having the same issue, Store was working and connected up to 6:30 last night, Not connected this morning tried to update and connect and it failed, Tried deleting the integration and re adding and get this message on etsy side

This is the same message I am getting, I have tried contacting Royal Mail and Etsy but not hopeful of a reply over over the weekend.
Same thing for me now.
It was working at the start of the week but suddenly stopped. Royal Mail CnD disappeared from the list of integrations on my dashboard too so I can't delete and reset.
As Evri (Hermes) also stopped integrating a few weeks ago I'm inclined to think the problem lies with Etsy.

Same for me. Followed C&D instructions to re integrate with etsy to fix this issue but still get the same error message:

Weird thing was Etsy support said it was fully working on their end and to contact C&D, which I already have done but no reply. Stupid thing is mine was working until I got the C&D message to reintegrate and only started acting up after following their instructions.
I've managed re integrate but as soon as I update to try and pull down the orders the Link icon goes red again and fails to connect.
Update from RM yesterday.
Identified - We are working with Etsy to reenable connections between Etsy and Click & Drop.
We will update this page with any additional information

Update: I reconnected Click and Drop to my etsy and rather than trying to manually pull the orders down by clicking update and connect on C&D I just left it. It now seems to be working correctly.

My integration seems to be back up and working (deleted and re-linked) though it did push through all the backed up orders (which I'd already manually entered) AND duplicated them, so I had 2 copies of each.
A simple Delete solved my problem but if you havn't Manually created all your outstanding orders you'll need to make sure you don't delete some of them by mistake.
I’ve now managed to integrate as well! Seems like it’s now fixed
