Hi,
I know some people had issues with Click and Drop integrations on Friday (30th September) ours was working fine then, but today it was not.
We were told to delete it and make a new integration but when we try we keep getting the same error page on Etsy 'Unauthorised URL'
Did anyone else have this issue? If so please help, both Etsy and Royal Mail are just blaming each other.

Have you uncoupled the integration on Royal Mail and Etsy ?
I have deleted the original integration on Royal Mail and disconnected from Etsy, so now Click and Drop is not showing. The Click and Drop helpline told me to try this but since I have done it I have been unable to make a new integration.
Hi! I'm having this issue as well so you're not alone with this. I have called Royal Mail today and they have passed the issue to the technical team (I'm assuming). Hopefully they'll realise theres still an issue and get it sorted ASAP.
I am still having the same probelm. Royal Mail have given me a case number and told me it could take 48 hours for them to get back to me.
How did you get on?

have you had any resolve? Have you reported to etsy?
Mine is playing up. its sine the etsy update on sunday night. our etsy is nolonger sending the postage method to click and drop. Everytime there is an etsy issue and we break, delete and re intergrate the system has to relearn all of our products and variations. It is painful manually correcting 50 orders a day!
We were having the same probelm. Click and drop told me to delete the integration and make a new one I did this and now I can connect with Etsy at all.
Now having to manually upload and dispatch each order.
Deleted the integration and now cant reintegrate. Have you found a solution yet - I have both blaming each other too
Min worked fine yesterday - maybe it was because I manifested early(ish) - around 12pm? I havent tried today.
I have now escilated it with etsy as royal mail are sure that the error is with the etsy system. ByAmberAndRose: Make sure you log it with etsy too. I have tried different devices, browsers etc. It seems to have started when etsy updated on the Saturday. Click and Drop updates on Tuesday evenings

We have also reported it to Etsy who have said that their technical team will get back to us. I am not hopeful.
I agree, ours was working fine until friday.
Just to update - I've used C&D again today and it has been fine for me. I wonder if its because I didn't work on Friday and so didn't delete the integration?
Its working for all my other marketplaces but not for etsy. I still havent heard back from them. I now have 100 tracking numbers to manually put over and 53 orders to manually make. If i risk the orders til tomorrow ill have over a hundred again
We have the same problem, we are spending all day uploading and dispatching. No problems with the other platforms.
It is frutrating as none of them seem to care. What with this and royal mail striking for nearly the whole of novmber, I'm not feeling to optomistic about the otherwise busy Christmas period!
We feel the same. It will be impossible if this doesn't get fixed.
Called royal mail again and they said that they are aware of an etsy integration link and that they RM have been told tell callers that etsy have been made aware of it.
It must be an etsy side issue as other channels are fine. There have been a few etsy issues in the last few months.

I am the exact same! So much for higher fees giving us better service - nothing gets fixed in a timely manner
Something is definitely up with Etsy & Royal Mail.
Yesterday a tracking number was added to an order I sent out last month untracked. That order now shows as having been despatched twice. It also sent a despatch note to my customer. I didn’t send any orders out yesterday, nor did I add any despatch info.
I contacted Etsy support who looked into it, shrugged their shoulders and said ‘Baffling, no idea. Can’t be removed.’
Still not fixed today and no update as yet from Etsy or Click and Drop.
We tried uploading our orders on mass this morning by using the 'download data' option in Etsy. It got them all into 'New' but then I still had to go through and apply the postage and customs information to each one individually and we still have to dispatch each one individually.
