Click and Drop Royal Mail

Hi all, I am trying to integrate my click and drop with my Etsy store as it doesn't want to link. I have clicked disconnect on Etsy and deleted the profile on click and drop. I have then tried to re-add the Etsy store on click and drop but the re-direct to Etsy gives me an error message saying: 

An error occurred

The requested redirect URL is not permitted.

Is anyone able to offer advice at all? Using google chrome

There was a problem earlier today with new Etsy integrations, but I received an email that said it was resolved. and the status page also says it was resolved: https://clickanddrop.statuspage.io/

Have you tried another browser? I tend to use FIrefox myself and never get an errors with C&D.

@GalleryAntiques Thank you - Yes I saw this on the status page but I still seem to be having the issue sadly I'll give another browser a go perhaps and I have emailed click and drop as well to let them know I still have the issue so fingers crossed it's resolved soon!

I hope you get it sorted soon, but I do find tweeting to them gets help quicker, an option if you have twitter, if not, i do not mind tweeting for you.

I have same issue, trying to integrate my Click & Drop to my Etsy all day today, still not working!! And I got the same error message as yours.

Is it a new integration of your Etsy shop? The issue according to Royal Mail is with new integrations.

I'm curious if this affecting some existing integrations, and Royal Mail may not know.

Well my original integration lapsed so trying to set up a new one and still not working sadly tweeting them has not been successful either

We are having this problem today. Is anyone else still having issues? Etsy and Royal Mail are just blaming each other.

I've spoken with Etsy who said to contact Royal Mail as I still seem to be having this issue, so I have called click and drop today who have passed it to the technical team. Fingers crossed!

Yes, I have a new shop on Etsy and have been trying since Friday to integrate with click and drop with no success.

Have emailed Etsy twice, but no reply.

No, still having probelms. I have raised a case with Click and Drop and they have said they will get back to me in 48 hours . . .

Sadly no! Still having issues apparently both Royal Mail and Etsy are looking at it but still doesn't seem to be getting fixed

I've had the exact same issue for a few days at least now (possibly longer, I'm not sure). Orders didn't come through and I updated the integration which didn't do anything. Then I deleted the link and wanted to re-connect but it keeps coming up with the same error message as you all got. I just tried re-connecting again now and it's still the same issue. It's frustrating

Still not working for me! I now get the error message: An error occurred The application that is requesting 

authorisation to use your Etsy account is not recognised.

*sigh* this is going to me selling on Etsy a nightmare over the next few months

Ohh no I'm having the same issue - Etsy orders from yesterday didn't pull through to Click & Drop account, so I've just followed their advice to disconnect and reconnect - now getting the same message on Etsy as some others.

"An error occurred
