Checkout Issues and Sale Discount Problems

Hey everyone,
I'm really hoping someone can shed some light on what's been happening in my Etsy shop over the past 10 days. It's been incredibly frustrating and concerning.

Here's a breakdown of the issues:

* 10 Days Ago:
* A customer messaged me saying they tried to order. The money was debited from their account, but they didn't receive an order confirmation email.

* The item remained live and available for purchase in my shop, even after their supposed checkout.

* 8 Days Ago:
* Another customer placed an order, but the discount from my active sale didn't apply. They paid the full listed price of $197.50, when it should have been $79 after the discount.

* Yesterday:
* A third customer messaged me with screenshots showing their account debited, but no order confirmation. Again, the item remained live in my shop.

* Sales Slump:
* On top of these order issues, my sales have completely plummeted. I've been selling on Etsy for 3 years, consistently getting 2-3 orders daily.

* However, I haven't received a single order in the last 4 days, which is incredibly unusual for me. These past 10 days have been the slowest in my shop's history.

I've already contacted Etsy support and am waiting for their response, but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced similar issues lately?

* Has anyone had problems with orders not processing correctly, even though payments are being taken?

* Has anyone experienced sudden and dramatic sales slowdowns?

* Has anyone had issues with sales discounts not being applied?

I'm really worried that there might be a system-wide glitch or something affecting my shop. Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Same here re sales…. The last 10 days have been wierd! No questions and sales way way way down…. No US sales either and I usually get at least 3-4 a day just from there ….

Yesterday was my worst day ever, very unusual activity recently and same re: messages/ enquiries. I usually wake up to a minimum of 20 without fail but this morning - zero. Never happened in the 5 years I’ve sold on Etsy..

I just came here looking to see if anyone else is have a problem with order payments not coming through. 
I had one the other day and just got one a few minutes ago that’s showing “not paid” but is in my order que
