Howdy,
My Proceed to Checkout button is grey so customers can't purchase my items. It let's them add to basket, then that's it.
TIA
Joe
Do you have your payment account set up and verified by Etsy?
Is your credit card on file up to date?
Do your items adhere to Etsy's Terms of Use? You say you "MADE" the Fendi purse. You work for a famous brand name company as a sewer?
Be aware that many of your items don't qualify for Etsy Seller Protection. That means someone could purchase your $1,827.51US item, claim it wasn't as described or is lost in the mail, and get a refund from Etsy. That, and they'd get to keep the item, too.
You have no Payment options section in your shop. This could help: https://www.etsy.com/legal/etsy-payments/#:~:text=Etsy%20Payments%20allows%20sellers%20to,obligation...
You don't have shop policies and more. Your shop is unfinished. Some of your (trademarked) items are listed as "handmade". They should be vintage if you want to sell them on Etsy. You can't sell new non-handmade items here.
Also, many of your products are above $250. They are not protected on Etsy. More here: https://www.etsy.com/legal/policy/purchase-protection-program-for-sellers/34509585385
Could it be that you appear to be selling illegal counterfeits? You say you handmade two of the Fendi purses in your shop. Selling knockoffs is illegal.
Others in your shop are over 20 years old so can be sold as vintage on Etsy. But the two you handmade will get your shop closed down. Maybe that is why Etsy is looking at your shop.
