Greetings 4 days ago, I wrote to the help team from the chat with us section about why 40 listings were not defined for my store that I opened with the connection code. After we talked for a while, they started not to respond and I have not received any response from the chat with us section for 4 days. I request live support but I never get an answer. I wonder why I am having this problem and how to solve it.

You have plenty if a swers on your other thread, no need to open another. As someone already pointed out, have you created your first listing yet? You will be charged the 20c fee for the first one, Etsy needs to verify all is working with the listing process. Then when you add the next listing it will be free. On the listing manager page in top right corner you will see the number of remaining free listings you have available to use. On your finance page you will see a charge for each listing and a credit for each free listing used.
