I have a message for an order that I have replied to several times and have received messages back from buyer, yet the chat still says first message from potential buyer respond within 24 hrs. I am concerned that because it's not updating that I have already messaged the buyer back that it could dock me for my star seller status.
How can this be fixed? I have refreshed the chat, I have sent reply back on desktop and phone app and still is showing I haven't replied back.

The blue message goes away after a few of days,
I still had one with the blue message, on rollover calculation day for star seller, it was 2 days like that before the calculation,
HOWEVER, it did NOT count against me, I was still 100%
is a very irritating bug, but it does not affect anything

I've had one today 'first time reaching out from a potential buyer' or something like that, but it's from someone who has already purchased from me.

The same thing is happening to me and to another Etsy seller. We keep getting the message as if we have never spoken to the seller, when in fact, we have several times within the same thread. It is now three weeks after you have posted this, and the issue still remains.

I saw that on a message today from someone with a question, I sent my initial answer and had to follow that up shortly after, the blue banner/writing is still there like I haven't replied, but hopefully, it will go away soon.

It doesn't seem that fixing this confusing glitch from messages to sellers is a priority for etsy techs since it has been going on for weeks.
