Is anyone having issues with etsy chat support? I have been sat waiting for 1 half hours and no response.
It's not always available. Generally it seems to be during business hours on US EST.
Try again tomorrow.
The chat icon is now removed from my seller panel. Which is odd. I went to the normal contact page and got through right away.
My chat icon disappeared just recently too! I used it a few weeks ago, but now I noticed it is not there in the last few days.
I was able to get a response earlier today and then when I messaged back a few hours later no answer. No wait time or anything.
This is happening to me. It's like the last chat is still happening, but nobody is responding. I've been trying for 2 days.
