Is anyone else having this problem? It's been going on for a few weeks now. Any time I click the chat bubble, I get the message, "Couldn’t load messages. Tap to retry." Retrying doesn't work.
I will have to ask for a call back but I really hate talking on the phone and wish the chat function was working.
Yes, I have cleared my cache and tried different browsers. I am working from my laptop.
