Since 2 days, my star seller chat doesn't react to contacting them.
Nor do I get a reply to my ticket. Why?
I'm expected to reply within 24....!

Hmm, a few days ago I asked a question about S&S links and they reply immediately. Have you try other device, to aliminate hardware or software problem on your side? If you contact by mobile, is your app up to date?
If you'd like, I can write now and ask is there any problem with contact to you?
Well my chat has never worked in my shop so I can't answer that.
From what others have said, 24 to 48 hours may or may not happen for an answer. It's the weekend so I would expect next week to get an answer.
It's the weekend here in the U.S. and the Etsy offices are so empty you could play tennis and not hit anyone. I doubt your Chat button will work until 9 am EST Monday. Can the Forum followers help you?
I am having the same issue. I got an answer this morning, asking for more information, but then was ghosted. I keep trying but no one is answering. I thought that chat was open on Saturdays until 6 pm eastern, but I'm not sure.
Deleted. I just got through. It took awhile. Unfortunately there was no help though. Awful experience.
Same issue here, it's been about 2 weeks and I'm contacting them about a bug they really should fix, about orders's options. I tried 2 different email (from previous assistance) and the "24/7" chat everyday. The phone call doesn't support my country's phone number, so... That's a serious problem.
