Chat Support Not Replying

Is anyone else experiencing an issue where the support chat just doesnt reply? It has been over 24 hours. And yes I am contacting them about the same issue, which is my wrongfully taken down listing, but are they just ignoring me now?

I had this earlier today, no response for about 2 hours, eventually I got a message back from what I think was an actual person and they were talking back and forth. Think it’s just as long as it takes for someone to be free to deal with it. That’s a long time you have been waiting! Hope you get contact soon

I have been waiting for almost 2 hours now on chat for someone to help me too.  I extended processing time on an order yesterday as I was waiting for missing info from the buyer. Today, Etsy reverted it back to yesterday's date and it is now overdue and has dinged my star seller too.

I am having the exact same issue! Etsy isn't doing a very good job of supporting its sellers.

This is a recurring issue, it has happened to me as recently as this week, very frustrating. 

If possible, request a callback (link below). Let them know about the chat issue - when I talked to someone a while back, they referred the issue to a technical team and my chat was "unstuck".
