Changing cell number

I lost my cell and need to change my number with esty but now I can not log in, because I no longer have the number I lost.

Can anyone advise me to get this sorted.

I have never given Etsy my cell phone number and it does not stop me from signing in. I just use my username and password.

Can't you login with your username or email for your etsy account?
I always use my username.

I think with two part authentication they call your # with the correct passcode to get in.

if you signed up to 2 step authentication, they gave you 10 numbers  to use, if  you lost/had no access to your mobile,

use one of those numbers

WHERE on your profile can you edit your cell phone ? 2 step verification is locking me out of my profile because I do not have that phone anymore! It’s been hacked??? I have looked everywhere for a fix ?
