Changes within the description will not be saved

Hi, in the new edit-Tool there is the problem, that changes within the description are not going to be saved. This is realy frustrated. Please make it possible or let me edit mit articles with the old editor.

I have the same probleme with the precedent editor and the new one. Waiting for the bug will be fixed, you can use the app : there is no problem with it but it is not fast to update the products with....

I experienced the same problem - first thought it was my fault, but no, it's nit. In the meantime, I copy my description into a word doc before saving the changes to make sure I don't have to text again.

I recall seeing another Thread about this very thing.  Sellers thought it was happening on the new listing from.  But it was also happening on the old one. I think their issue was when selecting Preview. Your issue is similar yet different.

I just edited a listing description using my desktop and Safari - no problem!

I did the same with Safari and didn't have an issue.  I wonder if this is browser specific?  Maybe Etsy has done some updates which aren't working with older programs? It may help to see if the browser needs updating?  Or, using another browser to see if the problem persists?

Ive this problem for over 2 weeks now, several other (European) shops as well ( I thought it might be a EU thing): there are 2 German conversations going on about this, but no help/explanation/etc from the Etsy ‘help desk’ so far

I have been trying for a week to change the descriptions of listings, they are not saved and still in the browser shows the old information, the same with the announcement of the store, I change it, but when I look at my store, every time I see the announcement that I left when I opened the store 1 year ago, in the application I see new announcements, the problem with browsers. I work in google chrome and opera.

I am having this same issue when editing either the title or description.  It happens when adding a new item and when making changes to existing shop items.
