Hi I am a new seller and I sold 2 digital download items but the customer can't download them. It say in my shop under "orders" that it is "Not available to download". Why is this. My customer is now waiting for the order. It is paid but it say that the payment is processing. Why is it taking so much time. Instant download should be instant right?
The buyer will receive the download link once the payment has cleared, if it is saying the payment is processing that means it hasn't cleared yet, she just has to wait for it to show paid.
