I create personlized listings for all purchases. After making various changes to a listing, the only one that will not update is a change to the shipping date. I have tried multiple times on different days. I am only able to make changes to the ship date from my Shop page. I did not see any other mentions of this, specifically. Has anyone else encountered this?
Not sure what you are asking. Shipping dates are based on processing time frame and use the carrier to set shipping time frame.
If you go to the Listings page, click on any listing and then try to make a change to the ship date, it will not save. All other changes, to any other content on the page will save. Does that help?
@Alphabeticals: We only use shipping profiles (and the "old" listing form via a browser) so purely conjecture, but is it possible that you have a shipping profile applied that is overriding whatever you enter on the listing?
Thank you for your suggestion. I understand now that I should have clarified that I was trying to shorten the time frame in which I would ship an order.
