Changes to featured queue won't save/hold?

I made some changes to my featured queue last week and these changes have held and everything was working fine, but today I am making changes and click 'done' and the changes won't hold. When I go back, the list is as-it-was again. I have tried it several times.

Has anyone else experienced this? I will try another browser but suspect that will not do a lot?

It often takes an hour or more to show up, depending on when Etsy has set the page to refresh. Usually, they set some code that makes the browser sever the old copy that has already loaded for a certain period, which makes the pages load faster.
