Changes to a listing in draft mode and also already published listings are not implemented

Hi,
I have reported to the support department that the changes to a listing are not implemented by the system. This happens with listings in draft mode, but also with changes I want to make to already published listings.
I am now waiting for the support department.
If anyone from the community has already found a cause or solution, I'd love to hear about it, thanks.

I never use drafts but when I edit an existing listing it always works.
