Cha Ching for an Order BUT Order not showing up in Orders???

What's up with orders being placed and then not showing up in the Order List just now?

I got a cha ching on my phone and went to check the order and it is no where to be found?? MIA!

Anyone else having this issue today?

Etsy please address this new glitch on orders.

NO email! I just got the cha ching on my phone and it showed the order... went to my Orders in my shop and it is no where to be found!

go to Shop Manager - orders and delivery - completed

with me it was a digital item with you could be someone paid priority mail

It wasn't a digital item! I have digital in my other shop!

@FunByJannieMac: This forum is full of sporadic reports of the cha-ching with no order - it seems to be a delayed and / or repeated notification of a past order.

"... my other shop ..." Are you familiar with Etsy's requirement that "you must list all the shops you run in the Public Profile section of each account."? I've had cha-chings happen hours AFTER a sale.  This usually happens if I'm somewhere out of range of phone/internet, but sometimes it just gets delayed even when I'm home.  So if you had a sale earlier today, it may be from that.  Hope you figure it out.

Thanks... but all I got was the cha ching with the notification that I got an order on my phone... not connected with an "earlier sale" unfortunately. Merry Christmas!

Yep! I use my PC a lot and it's not there..,. very strange... and it was a nice order too... LOL! I hope it shows up! Merry Christmas

@BagmakerSupply Yikes! Thanks so much for the reminder! I totally spaced adding the second shop to my public profile... it hasn't been open very long but I'll do it as soon as I figure it out... I should know this after 10+ years on Etsy but where do I put that in??? In the BIO section? I'm not seeing Public Profile on my dashboard... feeling pretty stupid here but I just wrapped a gazillion Christmas gifts... LOL!
