Cha-Ching but no order

I am getting Cha-Chings but no order is showing in my notifications, email, order page, dashboard, Stats or Seller App. I finally spoke with someone on Etsy. They said they are working on this issue. I addressed that Etsy should notify the buyer's and make them aware of this technical issue. Also Assure the seller's that we are not responsible for any late orders shipped due to Etsy's mistake.
