Case log inconsistency
In the past few months I had 4 cases for nondelivery (all international ) 3 of them were paid by Etsy because tracking showed they were sent with multiple scans on the way. So no problem there.
1 case was exactly the same (on time, tracking, scans…) but Etsy took the funds from my account. So I contacted them first through chat. The person was very helpful and after about 20 minutes of back and forth and checking everything she refunded me the money instantly and apologized for the mistake. The next day the case was not showing up anymore under the customer service standards.
About a week later I saw the case show up again. I emailed this time and got a reply 2 days later saying it doesn’t show in the system and for me to send a screenshot. So I went to the page and the case was gone again. I emailed back that it doesn’t show up anymore.
Last week I noticed that in the app, the same case was showing up again. I logged in my computer and it wasn’t there so I thought maybe it’s a glitch in the app. Well, since yesterday it is showing again in both the app and the desktop.
This is really annoying, a finished case in my favor should stay finished and not be displayed and counted against me.
I‘m not worried that a single case will have any effect but if it keeps happening and if cases that are done with keep coming back to haunt me there is a glitch in the system somewhere.

These glitches need to be seriously addressed especially as there is no guarantee or confirmation that these "glitches" do not affect a sellers good standing.
