Customers unable to add items from my shop to cart. Receive error message?
Have customers told you this? be aware, scammers will target new shops via messenger.
Received message saying from Etsy but did not look right.
@jenniferena: Was the Message in the "From Etsy" section on your Messages page when checking messages using a browser? If not, they are a SCAM.
As above, likely scammers. I have no problem adding an item to my cart.
Received message saying from Etsy. I went to the shop and could not add an item as well. Glad to know you could. Thanks
@jenniferena Sellers cannot purchase from their own shop, so you would've gotten an error message too if you tried to ''add to cart''.
I am getting an error message trying to access my cart. On my laptop and phone. I cannot figure out how to fix it and I have tried everything. Anyone know why this might be happening?
