I can not checkout or see my cart. I have added items to my cart, but when I go to view cart I get an error message. This has been going on for 2 days now, Anybody else having problems?
I'm not having this problem. I went to your shop and added something to my cart to make sure I could see it/not get an error, and there was not problem. Are you on your phone or computer? Not sure if that might make a difference?
I have tried 3 different devices with the same issues.
i just tried adding your chrysoprase and tanzanite earrings to my cart, and it worked as expected.
if i was having this problem, i would clear out all my cookies and history and then reboot. and if that doesn't fix it, i'd see if it still happens the same if I use a computer, or my phone, or the app, or the safari browser on my phone, or if it still happens when using an incognito window on my desktop.
hopefully one of those tricks will shake it loose for you♥
Do you have things from multiple sellers. If they are in different locations, with different payment systems, sometimes, you need to do them separately.
Yes the same for me, it won’t let me view my cart and so I can’t checkout, and has been like this for 2 days so far! Have tried on laptop and phone, no difference
I needed to get supplies today and I am running across the same issue! No cookies to clear either so I'm not sure what is happening

I'm having this problem as well. It started last night, I can't access my cart on any of my devices. It says a stitch has gone awry on my ipad, desktop, and phone. How do we resolve this?
I found a work around. On my computer, if I hover above the cart icon in the upper right of my screen, it shows a drop down of several items in my cart. If I click the X next to an item, it is removed from cart. Apparently, the cart glitches when it exceeds a certain dollar value and/or number of items. After deleting a few items, I can get into my cart again.
This is not a glitch--Etsy has always worked this way since I have been here (2008). There is a limited number of items that can be held in your cart. I don't know the number as I have never reached it. I only put items in my cart when/if I intend to check out. Otherwise they go in to "favorites"
If that is the reason why this is happening, it is beyond frustrating and annoying. I’m trying to get a bunch of low cost items in a Labor Day sale and can’t reach my cart. Why the heck would Etsy want to limit what people buy???

Same problem here....no matter what I do. Logged out and back in, changed browsers, cleared cache. Tried it on app on phone. Nothing for 3 days
anybody get any answers? This has been happening for a couple weeks. Cannot get into my cart. I have done everything everyone has said. I don't have too many items in my cart either. I am so frustrated and am also scared people aren't able to order from me
