I'm based in the UK and have recently opened my shop and set up my listings so they had UK pricing and Global pricing which was different so I could offer free postage both at home and overseas. Last week I received my first US order, but the buyer was billed my UK price. I contacted Etsy support who were great - and talked me through how to resolved it, I followed all the steps and believed it would work going forward.
Unfortunately, over the weekend I received a second and then a third US order, and although global pricing is set up and showing, the buyers have been charged the UK price. I have tried to contact Etsy support through the chat function (the only option I seem to have available) and it is still populated with last weeks chat including the final message from Etsy which seems to have closed the chat - although I've posted a lot of "Hello, can you help" type messages, I don't seem able to restart a conversation.
Please can someone help as I am losing a significant amount of money on the US postage when the US buyers are only being charged UK prices, thank you
Cheryl
Open an email ticket on both the chat issue and the domestic pricing tool issue. Etsy owes you that money back.
