Cant not reply customers

Hi guys , I open my etsy store little over a week ago , iv had a flurry of orders come in and some questions about my product's.  However when I go to reply I get a , bummer looks like you messages are suspended,  contact support.  

Ive raised 2 tickets and they both say resolved but I still can't reply to customers.

Have you contacted anyone who has not contacted you first or purchased from you?

Or it could be due to trademark issues.

Either way, only Etsy can give the ability back, normally it is removed due to some rule being broken

No , my lego style figures I have a commercial licence for . The mini puft bodies I designed.  Etsy are happy for sales to keep coming in but not let me reply to customers , weird

It's really not so weird.  Etsy is restricting access for infringing sellers by limiting messaging abilities, revoking badges, deactivating items and ultimately closing shops.

By in infringement do you mean using Lego, Star wars ect in product title?

Your shop is full of IP infringements! Messaging is the least of your worries.

Actually Etsy is happy to shut down numerous IP infringing shops daily. Disclose your licensing information if you have it, or remove infringing items before Etsy finds your shop.

"The mini puft bodies I designed." Does that mean that you do not have licensing to use the intellectual property owner's trademarks and copyrights?
