Cant list properly

For some time now, many of us have been unable to use the Core Details, without having to go through copying an old draft and changing it. Now I find that thumbnails are not saving properly either? No matter how often I change the thumbnail to the view I want, it just reverts. Is anyone else experiencing these 2 issues?

Not sure about core details because I always copy other listings when I list new items but yes, the thumbnail crop is broken. It used to be glitchy but work sometimes but lately it doesn't work at all. I'm giving up on Etsy fixing it.

@Pookieandness  use the duplicate feature on another listing, then edit the new listing as needed. I never make a listing from scratch.

Thank you. Im able to do a listing this way, but unfortunately still have to state in the listing the actual Core Details, not the ones the system is saying. And still no solution to thumbnail issue.

Yes, I am. I finally am trying the copy a listing feature, but it's pretty frustrating. Thanks for posting!
