Me neither. Exactly the same situation- I uninstalled following messages to update, but I couldn't update. So I thought I would reinstall, but it won't load up. This follows on from a year of navigating the uploading of photos. I'm not sure what to do. The issue is with Etsy's system management I guess.
I was having this same issue, and I did even more steps. The problem was that I had uninstalled everything (I thought) but the old Etsy seller app isn't under "Etsy" but "Sell on Etsy." Mine are alphabetical, so I was looking under the E's but it was located under the S. I was getting so frustrated, but this did finally work. I thought that I had uninstalled all Etsy apps, but there was one hidden. Good luck!
Ok so for someone who might bee having the same issue. I had an older version of the Sellers Etsy App installed on my phone I didn't remembered. So all I had to do was uninstalled that version and that worked. Hopefully it will help someone having the same issue.
I am having the same issue. I even went to the phone store to make sure nothing was wrong with my phone (flip z4) and there wasn't anything wrong with my phone. I have uninstalled the old version, cleared cache, made sure phone was updated and I still cannot install the app thru the Google Play Store. What do we do now?
I still had the "sell on etsy" so it worked when I uninstalled it, just a pain that they have all these old versions and no instructions anywhere telling you that they all need to be deleted so the new one will work
