Cant create a shipping Label - USPS not listed

I created a shipping label and started another one and USPS option is not showing.  I cant create another shipping label.  The one I did create the file didnt update to completed.

I logoff and on and still not updating.

Then go use another service.. even Ship-n-Click with the USPS is the same price as Etsy and USPS doesn't charge you ( take a fee) to use their service. Just make sure you copy and paste the tracking number in. doesn't Etsy promote Ship Station and Shippo?? try one of them.. you can find it in your App section on dashboard.

Probably just another glitch on this site.

Thank you.  Yes I will use PirateShip they are great.

But my orders are not updating to completed.

I wanted to see if anyone else having this issue.

Can you try a different browser?  Or maybe try purchasing from Pirate Ship?

I wonder ... could Etsy be limiting your ability to ship IP infringing items?  (motor oil gas knobs)

I dont have any notices.  Its odd the label I was able to print didnt update to completed.  

Yes I will use pirate ship if needed but I need my orders to update.

Are you trying to buy 2 labels for the same sale or reprint the one you purchased?

No.  Im printing the label for my next order.  The USPS option is not listed.

Try a different browser.  Use a computer, not the app.  If the printing isn't working, it could be your PDF is corrupted.   

Clean out cache and cookies and reboot.  Sounds like a computer issue.  Not Etsy.

Shipping issue is resolved.  I used the Chat Bot option.  They were very helpful to fix the issue and the order updated.  The missing USPS issue resolved on it owns...idk how.    Etsy Chat Bot did help.
